Well, we received news today that we'll be stuck at step 2 (pending letter) for at least 3 additional weeks. This puts us back to our original estimate of travelling close to Christmas instead of Thanksgiving. This news has been pretty discouraging for us personally, since we were thinking it would only be a few more weeks. The house feels emptier than ever.
